The overall shop floor morale has gotten bad over the last few years. The shop is very political and the production management has very little idea of what goes on and who can actually do what. Very fast paced. Break room with vending machines.

Gained a lot of experience at Elliott tool but at the end of the day I would like more of a chance to prove myself and my skills.
